La Manzana offer is focused on creative and traditional market cuisine, prepared using top quality seasonal produce and refined techniques. His specialities include Skate in Black Butter with Potato Purée and Marinated Salmon Tartare with Miso and Green Apple.

Our menu is divided in three sections:

  • Tasting Menu. Designed by our chef with a selection of our dishes.
  • Market Menu. A client’s selection of a starter, a main dish and a dessert, to choose from all our menú. It includes a drink and a coffee.
  • A la Carte. Designed by our chef choosing the best seasonal products.
